Modifying inks is demonstrated to achieve optimal opacity, image resolution, hand (the feel of the ink), and production rates. Inks can be used with different mesh counts, screen tensions, stencil thicknesses, substrate colors, printing techniques and other variables that require modification to achieve an optimal printing performance.
