how do you go about doing the pricing for printing a shirt on both sides with 2 colors on each side. Do you just charge for the screens & paint on the second side or should there be an additional charge for the hassle of the second side?

To determine the price of any service I would run a cost sheet. A cost sheet lays out all of the expenses that are associated with a service.
To do this simply walk through the process of printing the shirt in your head and write down all of the resources consumed and how long it took. The more you can quantify the better.
If you used 1 oz of a 16 oz can of paint you would determine the cost by multiplying 1/16 X the cost of the full can of paint.
Once you tally up everything you measured you can then determine the price you want to charge.
