Cap printing requires using a Newman M-1 cap frame to get the mesh tight next to the thin bar. The thin bar allows printing close to the bill of the cap, but thin means the bar will bow. If the mesh is not super tight, then there will be a large deposit of ink at the bottom of the image, and a misprint cap.
